Last updated: July 12, 2026
Welcome to Online QR Maker. By accessing or using our website, tools, services, and software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Usage Rights & Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform and create QR codes for personal and commercial use. However, you agree not to:
- Use our QR code generator to distribute malware, phishing links, illegal content, or scam materials.
- Attempt to disrupt the server, database, or network routing of our platform.
- Resell or scrape our services without written consent.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts or deactivate dynamic links that violate these security rules.
Payments & Subscriptions
We offer both free plans and paid subscriptions. Billing is processed automatically through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will revert to the free plan, and access to premium analytics and dynamic overrides will be capped.
Intellectual Property
All content, visual interfaces, logos, designs, software code, and backend systems on Online QR Maker are protected under international copyright and trademark laws. Static QR code graphics generated by users belong entirely to the user and can be used freely for branding and commercial activities.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Online QR Maker provides services "as is" and "as available". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure from unforeseen server events. Always scan and test your QR codes prior to large-scale print runs to avoid loss.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online QR Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or printed materials.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
